Saw the sign that they're open so I went to check it out. I got the Hokkaido roasted milk tea with boba and it was good -- more on the creamy side. Boba texture was pretty good. Their staff are super nice and communicative! I went in the afternoon before more people came in so I got my drink quickly but they seem efficient anyway. Still seem to be setting up their space in the back but customer area was clean. Hope they continue to settle in and glad they're here!

I love how customizable you can make your drinks, and the drink mixers are adaptable. One in particular offered to tweak another customer's drink after they received it if it was too sweet (or something along that line). The place is usually somewhat empty, so it's a nice place to meet up with friends or study. Make sure you use the rewards app if you plan on repeat visits.

Happy Lemon is going to make you happy, period. It is in the name. The San Ramon location is always full of kind and diligent employees. They take your order extremely seriously. They give time estimates and updates etc. Seriously I wouldn't be shocked if the employees have military backgrounds because gosh darn it! They are going to make sure you know how many moments until delectable bliss in the kindest way. They care about your satisfaction. It is worth tipping here.

I really had no idea there was a Happy Lemon store in the San Ramon's Crow Canyon area. Apparently it opened about a year ago. When we were there on a Saturday evening, the owner was there, and he was very nice. We chatted a little bit. I was really impressed by how clean the store was, and I really loved the leaf wall decoration, which was perfect for taking pics of your drinks. I got their regular Boba milk tea, and the milk tea was spot on. The milk tea drink itself was creamy and delicious. The Boba was also cooked pretty spot on. The Boba had the perfect sweetness, and it was soft but still chewy. I would get this again. The price was $6.25 as of April 2024, for the large size.

My wife and I love this place and come at least once a week. The Mango Matcha Smoothie is always our go-to although they have so many good choices to choose from. The Mango Matcha is thirst quenching and not too sweet which is exactly how I like it. If we're feeling hungry, we always add the Original Bubble Waffle with the Puff Cream. We never get the waffle by itself. The Puff Cream just makes it a thousand times better. Regardless of what we get, the staff is always super friendly and our drinks are almost always made on time when we call it in or order through the app. Overall, I give this place 4 stars for always having good drinks and friendly service. Some things that would definitely give this 5 stars: -The bubble waffle is often made inconsistently and it's usually because of the person making it. Sometimes we have to get our order cancelled because the waffle-maker just isn't working right. -While ordering in the app is great, it doesn't match the store hours. -It's almost always so hot and humid inside which makes me not want to stick around and enjoy my drink. Besides that, the great service and tasty drinks always go a long way for me.

Excellent place to stop by for a tasty treat if you're in the Crow Canyon Commons complex in San Ramon. Our teen and I stopped by this afternoon and were warmly welcomed by the owner, who took the trouble to describe the options and even made us a sample of their signature drink - green tea with salted cheese (!) - to try. "Take a sip, not a gulp, that includes some salted cheese (which floats on top) with the green tea," he said. I did, and was hooked!! I immediately ordered a large one, and our daughter went for the matcha tea with salted cheese (both $6.50). We also got an original waffle (they make six types, including red bean, which is not listed on the menu) with a dipping sauce which was... you guessed it... salted cheese! The waffle and drinks were delish. We polished off the waffle (I enjoyed the salted cheese more than our daughter did) and our drinks, then stepped out into the April drizzle, happy and content as we could be! Pro-tip: They cater high school and other events - we are planning to take them up on it!!

Ordered the milk tea with cream puff and it did not disappoint! One of the better Happy Lemon locations I've been to in that it was extremely clean and spacious and the drink itself was perfection and the boba was perfectly chewy not hard not mushy and they did not skimp on the cream!!! I ordered original ice original sugar and it was just perfect I wish I got a large! Will definitely go to this location again if I'm in the San Ramon area. Once inside it was kind of hard to hear the cashier because it can get loud but outside of that if you're just grabbing and going it's one of the better locations for boba. Next time I'll try their mango matcha cause that will be the true test in my opinion as other places make it very watered down

Great service!! Very friendly and patient guy at the register and making the drink and bubble waffle... Prices are good too! Stoped by after not finding any other boba open today. Glad we did not give up and found them. You can also download their app and order to pick up. Family friendly with bathrooms available for customer. Tables and chairs available. The gentleman checked the products and decided to give me a piece of mind in showing me that the powder milk they use is non dairy!!! Thank you sooo much!! Truly appreciate your concern and assistance!! We will be back in town in the spring! Will be coming by again for our delicious drinks!!
